Times without booking reference (e.g., preparation or administration) can be created manually.

Even outside the fixed rules for additional times, additional expenses incurred in handling a booking can be manually entered during the booking process.

Lead time, preparation, scheduling, administration, travel time/trips, vacation, and sick leave—strictly validated for clear evaluations.

Minutes/hours and number of bookings per guide by day, week, month, or year—perfect for fee and wage runs.

Set hourly quotas and an optional reserve for each guide (e.g., 800 hours quota + 200 hours reserve). Bookings are possible up to and beyond the approved limit, but are clearly visualized in the system.
